Players

All participants must register on the CYO website - Register a Player   Payment is due at time of registration and can be made with a credit card or electronic check.  Players need to register for each sport they will be participating in.  You may register for multiple sports or register more than one player and combine them to make one payment for all.

All participants are required to have a sports physical before practicing or playing with a team.  Physical forms can be downloaded from the Athletic Forms menu under Athletics.

Coaches

All Coaches must register on the CYO website - Register as a Coach   Coaches must also have completed and be current with the Virtus training program.  Information can be obtained from the Athletic Director or Sports Coordinators.  Coaches only need to register once, so it is not necessary to register again if you have already registered/coached during a previous season.
